What can I do if my files don’t fit on a disk?

First check to make sure that you are trying to send just the required files for the particular job. Sometimes we see submissions where the client has lost track of which files are being used, this can happen if you have made a lot of revisions to a project, and are sending files that no longer have any bearing on the job at hand.

Use the collect for output feature found in your software, if so equipped, to organize the required files into one location. Or a third party software such as FlightCheck will do the same for you.

Compression software such as Stuffit can also be used to compress files safely and split information across multiple disks for submission.
