What if I forget to send a font with my job?
Fonts are easily e-mailed, as the file sizes are generally small. The trickier part is finding the correct file on your computer. On the Mac Postscript type 1 fonts have both a screen font (usually contained in a suitcase) and a printer font (system extension). On Windows there is a .pfb and a .pfm file for Type 1 fonts. Both parts are necessary in order to print your job.
TrueType fonts on Windows end with a .ttf extension, and often have numbered file names, making them very difficult to identify.
