What information do you need from me to supply an accurate quotation for my project?
The information depends on the type of project and the amount of work requested. That’s why we ask a lot of questions before we provide a quotation. For example, if customers request a quotation on colour copies, we’ll ask if they have a file on disk, how many copies they want, what the page size is and what paper stock is required. If customers request a price on large colour prints, we’ll ask what size they need, how many prints they want on what type of stock, what program their file was created in, if they need the prints laminated and what the end use for the prints will be. If customers ask for design and layout services, we ask about the specifications, the materials the clients will need and provide, and what the final production will entail.
